What if I have questions about the email upgrade?

We ask that you please do NOT contact us about this, in order to allow our Representatives to service customers on other issues. We will post information on these FAQ pages as the upgrade progresses, and we will also send updates by email. Please rely on these sources of information. If you still have not seen an answer to your specific question by the first week of September (when the Sept. 9th deadline is approaching), at that point you may feel free to contact us.
