SOME ACCESS PHONE NUMBERS HAVE CHANGED
One of the telecommunications companies that we work with has suddenly (without notice) discontinued many of their access phone numbers. However, in virtually every affected area, we have several other access phone numbers available for your use.
The area affected by this change is the Eastern U.S. - from Washington D.C. through the New England states. If you are outside of this area, you may disregard this announcement.
Most of the discontinued phone numbers had the last four digits "3407". Although some numbers ending with "3407" remain active at this time, it is best to avoid all such numbers, as they may be discontinued in the future. Others access numbers that are provided by the same telco (numbers to avoid) include numbers ending with "3403", "5502", "5902", and "7368".
If you are currently receiving an "invalid username or password" error when you attempt to connect, it could be caused by this issue. Simply search for access phone numbers in your area (avoiding those mentioned in the previous paragraph) from our web site and enter the new access number in your dialup settings on your computer.
